The "female" had many eggs under "her" abdomen. After several days the eggs dissapeared, this is when "she" released the eggs.

Well my pepperment shrimp were full of eggs when I bought them. Although they did not start spawning until by clowns began to spawn in August. I first noticed the eggs in October.
