Presumeably all of this reproductive activity is concealed within the shell that the female is "wearing".

SPAWN DATE is 100% irrelevant in this report, as spawn date is UNKNOWN. Larvae collected accidentally were what proves that the spawning had occured. We had several Blue Legged Hermits in the tank, and they were the ONLY crustaceans added to the tank intentionally.
