she shutters next to him and vice versa, both swim constantly side by side, finally he shutters next to her until she drops eggs, and he gulps them up!

she shutters next to him and vice versa, both swim constantly side by side, finally he shutters next to her until she drops eggs, and he gulps them up! Lots of swimming back and forth, in front of and behind one another. Almost always behind the live rock in the tank.

she guards him constantly... from anything or anyone (my hand included) in the tank. He is very slow methodical moving, eager at the site of food-but never takes any.
