Spawn Details
Pre-Spawn Behavior: |
The take turns moving back and forth. Sometimes side by side some times at 90 degrees to one another. Meaning one in the 12 o'clock position as the other is in the 3 o'clock position.
Spawning Behavior:
I have never witnessed the actual spawn as it takes place in a cave in the back of the tank and shining a light back there seems to disturb them.
Post Spawn Behavior:
The smaller of the two(male?) guards the nest constantly, not eating. I have never witnessed him eating when they have eggs, it could happen though because I have to really work to see were he is located.
