Spawn Details
Pre-Spawn Behavior: |
Not observed, the two were in close contact for a bit
Spawning Behavior:
"female" egg laying Berghia consumed an aiptasia over the course of 2 days and was stationary during the entire time. On the evening of egg laying, the "female" started to spin in a tight circle in one direction (think it was counter clockwise) and then moved from the spot and into the rocks. That's when the eggs were noticed.
Post Spawn Behavior:
see above. Just moved away and did not eat another aiptasia nearby.
