Other Details:
|
My current female lays a different egg mass to the previous one. The previous female would be much fatter when gravid and lay a carpet of eggs in a large gelatinous mass only loosely attached to an object. She also prefered to lay out in the open not in a pipe, even though there were pipes available to spawn in. My current female lays eggs without a gelatinous mass, but are individually attached insde the pipe. The male doesn't seem to be concerned by this, although he is much more aggressive with this female than the last when brooding eggs.
