Both are male/female, the one that is 2-3 years old I've had for about a year and is the one carrying the eggs. They have been together about 2 months now.

Didn't notice anything weird. Pair was together about two months before this happened. Have had the one carrying the eggs for about a year and got the second shrimp about 2 months ago hoping they would spawn and they did!!
