Spawn Details
Pre-Spawn Behavior: |
male cleans flowerpot day before spawn. Female is so large that it is difficult to see when she is gravid. I go by behavior of the male.
Spawning Behavior:
circling motions. They look as though they've been doing it for so long that it is just routine... old married couple, indeed.
Post Spawn Behavior:
male attends to nest with diligence. Both will attack any hand in their tank. I've shed blood trying to get their nests. I use thick rubber gloves now.
