Methodologies
Feeding Tactics/Medium:	RO/DI water with Artificial Salt to 1.015. Micro Algae Grow®, Florida Aqua Farms Inc added at a rate of 0.4ml / 1000ml salt water. Media is microwaved in an 1100W microwave for 17.5 minutes per 2.5L batch. Batch is allowed to cool to room temperature before use.
Split Cycle:	None as yet other than initial starter split. Cultures will be split as follows: 500ml to one or two new flasks each, Remainder to fridge or used as feed. Split will occur depending on dark green colour/density of culture.

Other Information:	Old Algae Culture disks were used, the initial start of the cultures required a much longer period than expected. The culture cleared to just a light brown "muck" or "bits" on the bottom of the flask between day 6 - 7 with only a slight tinge to the media colour. The culture then went opaque on or about day 7 and greened on day 8/9. By day 11 it is significantly green and is noticeably darker every 12 hours. I expect to be able to split it by day 14-15.
