Vessel Description:	Florida Aqua Farms culture bags: 7.5 L square bottom bag, 6 inch x 4 inch x 22 inch. Each bag holds about 3 liters in my phytoplankton culture station.
Lighting:	Two 23 watt Soft White CFLs for two bags
Lighting Schedule:	16 hours on

Methodologies
Feeding Tactics/Medium:	MICRO ALGAE GROW™ at "f strength". I sterilize the artificial seawater with bleach and then dechlorinator.
Split Cycle:	Once a week, if the culture is dark brown, I take one bag and half goes into the refrigerator for feeding parvocalanus and rotifers. I fill the bag back up with sterilized artificial seawater and the corresponding amount of Micro Algae Grow for the new water so that it is at "f strength".
Split Yield:	Half of a bag, about 1.5 liters
Number of Cultures:	two to six
Number of Splits:	so far, 2
Density:	Unmeasured. Compared to AlgaGen's PhycoPure, mine is a little darker.
Harvest Methology:	Pour it out of the bag into sterilized 16 oz bottles for refrigeration or into more square bottom culture bags (adding additional sterilized artificial seawater) to expand my number of cultures.
Adjustments Made:	None so far.
