| Feeding Tactics/Medium: |
15-20 drops of F/2 into 2L of salt water, and then use the mixed salt water as the new medium to fill up the culture bottle.

First split was at day 7. Pour out half to a new bottle, and then refill both bottles with pre-mixed salt water with F/2. The F/2 is the MICRO ALGAE GROW™ GUILLARD F/2 FORMULATION from Florida Aqua Farms. |

| Harvest Methology: |
1/4-1/3 are pour out for feeding whenever the color looks green enough. Then refill the bottle with pre-mixed salt water with F/2. Harvest in the morning and at night. I just pick the darkest color one from the shelf. No records or dates are recorded on when they are split or when they are harvested.

| Adjustments Made: |
When the color doesn't look right, I just trash the entire bottle and start a new one with a new bottle. To start a new bottle, I get 500ml from my darkest culture and fill up the bottle with the pre-mix salt water with F/2 in it.
