| Feeding Tactics/Medium: |
Culture medium is 2/3 gallon of 27 ppt saltwater(Instant Ocean) bleached at 1 ml per gallon in the jar with cap and airline in place, shaken, and allowed to sit for at least overnight. Dechlorinated at 6% NaThiosulfate, and 3 ml of Guillard's f/2 fertilizer was added.

| Harvest Methology: |
When the culture becomes dark in color, use 1/3 gallon to start a fresh jar, as above, and then feed the rest to copepods, rotifers, etc.
If there is any left over, replace airline and keep at room temperature with the lights on the phyto shelf. |
