Temperature:	Room temp, between 70-80 ° F

Methodologies
Feeding Tactics/Medium:	Fertilization is 1/2mL per L of water using FAF MicroAlgae Grow into sterilized ASW. Sterilization is done using 1/2mL per liter of bleach for at least an hour and 1.5mL per liter of 1M sodium thiosulfate.
Split Cycle:	Was not split on any particular cycle, but was harvested as needed. Approximately once a week the water was usually renewed even if the culture wasn't "split."
Split Yield:	Not measured in any quantifiable way. A bulb pipette was used to remove the desired amount and the film was busted up by pipetting up and down when putting into a new container.

Harvest Methology:	The thin film-like growth is sucked off the bottom with a bulb pipet as needed

Other Information:	Culturing this species is not like culturing your typical phytoplankton since it grows more like slime algae than single cells bubbling in a bottle. Harvesting and splitting had to be done slightly different.
