| Feeding Tactics/Medium: |
I strive for appx. 1500 micrograms / liter Carbon equivalent of the phytoplankton species being fed. I am currently feeding a mixture of Isochrysis and Monochrysis (aka Pavlova). This equates to appx. 3-6 ml of Iso plus 5-10 ml of Monochrysis per liter of culture media per day, depending on the clearing rate and the density of my phyto cultures.
