Huge heads and eyes, appear pretty well developed. MOST of the larvae is a long, clear, very thin body and tail. The head, rib cage etc. is like a round sphere, the rest of the body very narrow. |

Please note that this is a hatch report for my SECOND hatch. I chose to report THIS hatch because the dates are KNOWN, whereas the hatch date on my first batch had a 3 day window of 14-17 days post spawning. Subsequent settlement and 60 day post settlement reports may be for my first or second hatch...please note that if you're looking at the dates down the line and not seeing them 'match up'. |
