Lost most all of the juveniles to Cryptocaryon that blew up when I got them onto the central filtration system. Ambient basement temps have been as low as 58F, making water temperature maintenance difficult even with oversized heaters (more than 5 watts per gallon). This is what brought on most of the ICH, not just in the larval system, but several broodstock tanks. |
