started the grow out with a 60 watt compact florescent, swapped out the shop light for a 36 ing t5 strip light, no reflector, still about 2 feet above the water. this light gives less of a spot light and more of a full over head lighting for the fry

| Fry Description: |
fry are very active swimmers and eaters. they are orange with a dark almost black body, there color is same as adults except that most babies still have two or even a part of a third line. Also they don't have black pelvic fins yet. they are very aggressive and territorial fish. |
