Joe: Oh, you know, I could make a Seechi if I could be buggered. They are just a piece of white plastic super glued to the end of a plastic ruler, right? Oh, and I think you missed page 2 of the thread. That's where the bucket magic happens.

Speaking of, did you all ever approve my culture establishment report? It doesn't come up when I call up my reports in the dashboard.

I'm sorry. I finally realized what you guys were on about and just changed the date. So, I started the O. marina journal on 9/30/10. I'd had them in culture roughly a year before that, but that seems like a convenient date to use as a start.
Sorry. I didn't pay a lot of attention because I was just running this through as a way to test Chad's new code. I didn't really expect to actually have it approved. :)

Andy, How come the dates of the posts in the journal don't even come close to the dates in the the report? All of the posts are from 2010 but the report is dated this year.

It's a snapshot in time of a continuous culture. You guys want dates, but I harvest the cultures daily and split the cultures every three days or so. Dates of events get more philosophical in such situations, but the culture itself hasn't changed enough since the last post to warrant new photos or anything.

Andy, I'd like to see the ClorAm-X mentioned in the report, and also the specific concentration of the ClorAm-X solution you use, please. Aside from that, I'm ready to approve.

You got it, man. I checked the journal thread and the it has the same dosage of ClorAmX there. I added the mixed ratio of dry ClorAmX per liter of freshwater.
