| Feeding Tactics/Medium: |
feed live isochrysis and tetraselmus and slight sprinkling of dry spirulina every few days. Just enough to tint the water slightly.

I didn't really split this much, I just used the pods when I needed them, and pretty much ignored the culture. It was not terribly productive, but with some water changes and attention to feeding, I could have done better.

I really slacked off the attention to this culture and yet it continued to live. I did feed it every few days, and change the water if I could tell it was in decline, otherwise, I ignored it.
