Culturing Vessel Details
Temperature:	70 (ambient room temp) ° F
pH:	8.1-8.2
Specific Gravity:	1.022
>Vessel Description:	Clear square plastic containers, approx 1 liter each. Lids drilled to accept rigid airline tubing, with very low bubble rate (1 bubble every 1-2 seconds)
Lighting:	Indirect lighting from adjacent frag tank.
Lighting Schedule:	On 12 hours per day.

Methodologies
Feeding Tactics/Medium:	Hen a culture is split, the culture volume is replaced with NSW (reef crystals or instant ocean). Live t-iso is added to barely tint the water. Thus far I have had to feed about every 4-6 days (when with water seems to have no tint at all).
Split Cycle:	I have split cultures as often as weekly, or as long as 1 month.
Split Yield:	Approx one half liter, critter counts unknown.
Number of Cultures:	Maintaining 3 cultures at present
Number of Splits:<	Numerous since startup.
Density:	Not measured.
Harvest Methodology:	When a culture appears fairly dense (lots of little critters swimming about to the naked eye), I pour off half directly into a tank. The culture volume is replenished with NSW, and just enough live t-iso added to barely tint the water.
Adjustments Made:	None really.

Other Details
Other Information:	About a month ago I thought I hade lost all three cultures from neglect. I had not split any of them or fed them for a few weeks, as I had no real use (no larvae being raised at that time). After a 50% water change & feeding, all 3 bloomed with vigor. One of the bottles has never had active aeration and also seems to do fine.

Hi, the description of lighting is different in your report than it is here. Please reconcile them. Otherwise, this looks good!

Lighting discrepancy corrected. I also corrected a misstatement in the bubble rate (journal had 1-2/min, report had the actual 1-2/sec).

Oops, same problem as the Tet journal.. The Journal, not this report, but the journal's first post needs to include the continuation date, …. sorry. Thanks for fixing the lighting discrepancy.
