| Harvest Methodology: |
When the culture is dark, 1/2 to 3/4 is harvested and the water is replaced with sterilized, fertilized water. If the culture looks clumpy, it is sieved through a 27uM sieve. If the bottle looks gross, it is replaced with a clean bottle.

Originally, sterilized water left over from broodstock water changes was used. I have now switched to using freshly mixed ASW simply because it is quicker.
