| Feeding Tactics/Medium: |
Batch cultures: 1 ml f/2 (MicroAlgae Grow from Florida Aqua Farms) added to each bottle at the start of culture.

| Split Cycle: |
It now takes 7 - 10 days to reproduce the color of the starting bottle in the split bottles. When I started, it took much longer to get a dark culture.

| Split Yield: |
Dark cultures are diluted 1 part in a total of 3 parts of 20 ppt bleach sterilized, dechlorinated saltwater. Each bottle produces 2/3 liter of dark, tea colored culture.

I don't know. Color is of weak coffee or dark tea.

| Harvest Methodology: |
Start another bottle with one third of the dark culture, then just cap and refrigerate. Use as needed.

Classical way with air and fresh fertilizer is best.
