There seems to be a lot of debate about if this a separate species or if it is just a variation of S. hiatus or S. spinosus. The description of Goy states that S. cyanoscelis appear to have characteristic color patterns and are considerably smaller. Through out the web and photos documenting this species show striking similarities between them. |
